An invitation from Leader Designate, Dan Kutcher.

As the sole candidate in our leadership process, I will become the Party’s next official Leader at the Liberal Leadership Convention on October 25th. I am humbled and honoured—but, more importantly, I am excited about what we can do together. It is time for change.

Our immediate task is to connect with Liberals, strengthen our organization and offer Islanders the change they deserve. Over the past month, we have built the team and organization needed to contest a competitive leadership race. With the leadership news, we will now immediately shift the focus of our campaign to preparing the Liberal Party for the next election.

On Sunday, September 13th, I will be joined by my leadership campaign co-chairs—Lawrence MacAulay, Carolyn Simpson and Kristy-Lynn Perry—along with our Liberal caucus and nominated candidates, for the official launch of our campaign:

Sunday, September 13, at 2 p.m.
The Summerside Shipyard
370 Water Street, Summerside

Everyone is welcome! Childcare will be available on-site for those who need it.

I hope to see you on Sunday.

Dan
